What is your return policy?
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
What happens when an item I would like to purchase is out of stock?
If the item you wish to purchase happens to be out of stock, simply email us at narelle@kreateinteriors.com.au. From here, we will be able to advise if the product you were after was a 'one-of-a-kind' or one that can be re-ordered.
How often will you be updating your stock?
We are always on the lookout for our next bohemian piece. We are not able to say exactly when our stock will be updated, but we can confidently say it will be updated! Are all gallery eight loves prices inclusive of GST?
Yes, all of the prices listed include GST.
What are gallery eight loves shipping costs?
A standard cost of $16.50 AUD will apply to every order, with the exception of rugs, which will incur a shipping cost of $45.00 AUD. International shipping costs are $60.00.
What is gallery eight loves return policy?
We have a 7 day return policy. To be eligible, you will need to notify us at narelle@kreateinteriors.com.au within 2 - 3 days of receiving your goods. You will also need to return your goods within 7 days of purchase. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Who is responsible for the shipping costs of returns?
With the exception of faulty items, the customer will be responsible for all shipping costs.
