Returns
Should you not be completely satisfied with your purchase, we have a 10 day return policy. You will also need to return your goods within 10 days of purchase. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. A full refund will be granted, less the shipping and handling costs.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Faulty Items
To protect our online customers, any product that arrives faulty will have the option to a free repair, exchange or refund. Once the item has been used, unfortunately we can not offer you a refund. The large majority of our products are vintage and will incur natural imperfections, as a result of the journey and age of the product. These natural imperfections are not considered as faulty.
Loss or Item Damage
gallery eight loves will not take responsibility for the loss of items being returned or exchanged. To avoid items being lost, we suggest using registered post. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Should your goods be damaged during transit, please ensure you take a photograph for insurance claim purposes. gallery eight loves is not responsible for any damages caused during transit.
